Grovenor House redefined luxury condominium living in Coconut Grove and remains one of the most sought-after addresses in South Florida. However, it did meet with some neighboring opposition when first put through the planning process at the City of Miami. RKA worked with its owner, Ugo Colombo, to conduct community outreach, meeting with neighbors and community associations to discuss their concerns and liaise with the developer. In addition to finding consensus RKA kept the community abreast of construction timelines, traffic detours, and hurricane readiness procedures.
