Rosario Kennedy & Associates has ushered numerous projects through the governmental approval process for developer Tibor Hollo, the latest being the $800M mixed-use Panorama Tower currently under construction. What will be the tallest building south of NYC, the skyscraper, located at 1101 Brickell Avenue in Downtown Miami, will include residential, hotel, retail, and office space. The building is the first development in the City of Miami to be funded in part by EB-5 visas and is set to open in late 2017.
